Everything families usually ask us

Programmes, fees, ways to pay and how the assessment works. If your question is not here, call us on +260 764 066 674 — we are happy to talk it through.

Learning with us

Programmes

We support Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, the Zambian ECZ syllabus, American curricula and the IB. If your child follows another curriculum, talk to us — we usually can build a programme around it.

From Early Years and Reception right through to Year 13. Learners are placed by ability and need rather than age alone.

Both. Our 1:1 homeschooling is a full-day, five-day-a-week programme, while small-group tuition and exam preparation blocks run alongside a child's regular school.

Small-group tuition runs with two to four learners so every child still gets individual attention.

Yes. Our approach starts from the belief that no learner can fail — the assessment tells us how your child learns best and we build the programme from there.

What it costs

Fees

The learning assessment is ZMW 500. It is a one-off charge and is non-refundable, because the time is set aside for your child whether or not you go on to book lessons.

Lessons are ZMW 450 per hour. All prices are in Zambian Kwacha.

Yes. If your child needs more than one session, the hourly rate can be reduced. Speak to our administrator and we will agree a price for the number of sessions you need.

Families may arrange a payment plan by speaking with our administrator before lessons begin.

How to pay

Payments

Bank transfer, Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money and cash at our Ibex Hill office. You can also use the payment page to tell us a payment is on the way.

Before the first day of each term, so we can reserve your child's tutor, place and materials.

Complete the short form on the payment page, or send your proof of payment on WhatsApp. We check it and reply with a receipt.

Always. Cash payments are receipted on the spot; transfers and mobile money are receipted once the payment reflects.

We never ask for card details, passwords or PINs. Payments go to our named business account or our published mobile money number, and every payment is confirmed by our administrator.

Getting started

Assessments

A relaxed session where we look at your child's current level, learning style, confidence and gaps across core subjects. It is strengths-based — never a pass or fail.

Most assessments take a morning. You receive a written report with recommendations and a proposed programme for your child.

Use the booking form on the Contact page or message us on WhatsApp. Our administrator will confirm a date with you.

No. The report is yours to keep and use, whether or not you continue with us.

Usually within a week of the assessment, subject to a place being available in the programme you choose.
